Our shipping services are available exclusively within Australia. We currently do not offer international shipping.

We strive to process orders within 1–2 business days. Following processing, the estimated shipping duration is 1–5 business days, not including weekends or public holidays.
4. Shipping Costs
A standard shipping rate of $10 applies to all orders. However, we offer free shipping for orders totaling $120 or more. Shipping fees will be automatically waived at checkout for qualifying orders.

6. Damaged Items
If you receive your order with damaged packaging, please follow these steps to ensure proper handling of your situation:

- The damaged item itself
- The packaging in which the item was received
- The parcel label, clearly showing the reference number
